EX:OH CMS has been built from the ground up to be multi-tenanted. This means that throughout the application we have taken care to make sure you can accommodate multiple customers from different organisations.

The big benefit of the multi-tenanted approach is that we no longer have to create a new instance per customer, something customary when dealing with other popular CMSes like WordPress.
If you require an instance per customer, that means that for every customer you on-board you also bring on the maintenance cost and time you have to spend to make sure their instance is safe and secure.
Something that has become even more prescient in the new AI age where it is becoming more straightforward for agents to find undisclosed vulnerabilities and exploit them in the wild immediately.
Organisations can have one or more websites associated with them.
Themes that are loaded into the CMS can be locked down to only be associated with certain organisations.
As an administrator you can impersonate an organisation and execute work in their account as if you were them.

An organisation doesn't need to have any users associated with it, a typical workflow for on-boarding a new customer, that we have found to be successful is as follows:
This workflow allows you to configure their organisation without any interference; then when you are ready, you can invite them.
