Alongside a whole raft of bugfixes and the usual security improvements; the following is an overview of what's new in 2026.7
Component Packs. Platform admins can attach overlay URLs on a theme. Overlays can add or replace aspects, editor scripts, and other theme files after the base theme loads, so a site can carry its own extras without forking the whole theme.
Themes own their page types. Each theme declares which page types can sit at the root and which can nest underneath. New pages follow that catalog. Existing pages can be moved onto the theme’s own types, and types that were never tied to a theme can be snapped onto the matching theme row.
More precise foundation theming. Foundation Brand settings now include a text colour for each surface (brand, secondary, accent, page, and section), so headings and body copy stay readable on each background.
Admin-only Content Explorer. A read-only tree of organisations, sites, and pages. Open a page to inspect the live copy, the draft, and older versions without going into the editor.
Agents can read version history. Connected agents can list a page’s draft, live, and archived versions and open a specific version to see what changed.
