REleases

Feature Drop
2026.3

What's new?

Editors get a clearer, safer publishing experience: optional two-factor login for organisations, a personal profile page, and a publish note before content goes live.

Page editing is easier to navigate; full path is visible and copyable, aspect fields are grouped more clearly, version history shows useful logbook context without repeating itself, and page search keeps your place in the tree.

Sites built on the foundation theme gain proper multi-level header menus and belts that can pull children from a chosen source page.

Detailed Changes

Security & accounts

  • 2FA implementation — Email OTP login when an organisation has MFA required; admin toggle; new orgs default on
  • User profile management — Personal profile for name fields and password reset

Publishing & history

  • Publication note on publish — Modal asks for an optional note before publish/schedule
  • Last logbook entry in version history — Version cards show the latest logbook message
  • Dedupe logbook in version history — Stop repeating unchanged logbook text across versions

Page editing & navigation

  • Complete slug / full path — Readonly full path under the slug field
  • Copy URL on full path — Rename label to “Full path” and add clipboard copy
  • Reorganise generic aspect fields — Group page identity and vanity/redirect fields
  • Theme aspect showAfter — Ordered aspect tabs from theme definitions
  • Retain breadcrumb on page search — Search results keep tree context
  • Page list reload flicker — Persist sort and skip redundant reloads
  • Multi-level nav drag/drop — Same-level-only reorder with reliable persistence

Themes & belts

  • Belt source page — Belts can source children from a configured path (CMS loader + foundation theme)
  • Multi-level header nav (foundation) — Desktop dropdowns and mobile indented submenus
